Senior Associate Attorney, Marybeth Maloney Bevan has been admitted to practice law for over twenty-five years. She has been a member of the firm since 2019. She is admitted to the New York State Bar, the New York State Appellate Division Second Department, and is a member of the Nassau County Bar Association belonging to the Matrimonial Law Committee, the Family Court Law and Procedure Committee and the Women in the Law Committee.
While working full-time in the insurance defense field, Marybeth completed her Juris Doctorate Degree from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in 1996 with honors. After taking time to raise her children and doing extensive volunteer work in schools, Marybeth began to rethink her career trajectory and became interested in Family Law. When the opportunity came along to work with Mark, she jumped at it. It has been a fulfilling couple of years helping families and children navigate during such a difficult, stressful time in their lives. Marybeth lends a sympathetic ear and appreciates being able to share with clients the perspective of her life experience, informed by her legal knowledge of divorce and family law.
